NOTE: This listing is for 100 individual LED lights ONLY- they DO NOT come with the balloons! You must purchase your own balloons.
NOTE: These are meant for 12" balloons or smaller! Not intended for over sized balloons!

Directions:
- The LED come by themselves and NO BALLOONS. You can put these LED lights into any balloon colour of your choice to have them light up!
- Before inflating your balloons, you must turn the LED on (tab on side) and then insert into the balloon!
- The LED light lasts for 8 hours+ (will get dimmer past 8 hours)
- Then you can fill the balloons with either air or helium depending on how you want to use them
- The balloon lasts as long as any latex balloon would but it also depends on the weather!
