Who we are
Vallari Decor is an independent decor studio based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Contact: info@vallaridecor.com.
Orders
An order is a binding purchase once payment succeeds. All sales are final: there are no returns, refunds or exchanges, as set out in the shop policies, except where we cancel an order ourselves before it ships or where the law gives you rights we cannot exclude. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order for an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot ship to, in which case you are refunded in full.
Product descriptions
We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Natural materials vary; measurements are approximate; screen colours differ between devices. Ask before ordering if a detail matters to your event.
Accounts
An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. We can close accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Content and trademarks
Photographs, text and the Vallari Decor name and mark on this site belong to Vallari Decor and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Customer reviews shown here were left by verified buyers on Etsy and are reproduced as written.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for courier delays, customs charges, or losses arising from an event date that an order did not reach in time. Nothing here limits rights you have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act or other law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are heard in the courts of Ontario.
