Processing
Every order is packed by hand in our Toronto studio, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Custom orders take longer; we confirm timing with you directly.

Need it faster? We can express most orders. Message us with your items and delivery address and we’ll quote the charge. We don’t offer overnight or same-day shipping.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import charges set by your local government. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are outside our control. Parcels refused at delivery because of customs charges are not refunded, so please check your country’s rules before ordering.
Damaged parcels
We pack carefully, in eco-friendly materials wherever the order allows, but parcels travel a long way and occasionally get mishandled. If something arrives damaged, photograph the box and the item and send them to us — we’ll file a courier claim on your behalf.
