Packed tightly, little cramped in packaging but should be able to fluff out. Wish it came with some directions on how to fluff. Darker and smaller than expected. They should work okay though.

They were awful. Much shorter that I was led to believe . With one branch being considerable shorter in the bunch. No directions as to how to fluff them up etc . I had to do my own research . Very disappointed with the is purchase . I have seen these in salons and have loved them . These were a complete let down !!!
