For the price (over $40 including shipping) I expected better. While this spray does look more realistic than something from say, Michaels, it does not look nearly as nice as the photo. Also, the flowers were attached to the stem upside down. Customer service asked if I tried to bend them in the same "swan" shape as the photo (which, yes, I did) but no matter - a third of the flowers will still be upside down! And, honestly, that is NOT what I wanted - the look I was after is more natural. It was also suggested that I should remove the glued on blooms and arrange them how I wish. So - sure - that worked and it does look much better but, as I said, that shouldn't be the solution for something this costly. I'm using the spray but given this experience I will not be ordering from this shop in future.
