The product I received arrived with significant damage; at least half of the seedpods were broken. I contacted the seller for a refund, and she insisted that I pay a restocking fee and pay shipping both ways. I had to go through Etsy to receive a refund for the damaged product. I definitely do not recommend purchasing from this seller.

I was so disappointed in how this item was packaged. I had previously ordered dried Lunaria from Ukraine and they were so well packaged that the dried flowers arrived in pristine condition despite coming from a war-torn country. These flowers shipped from Canada but were completely crushed when they arrived.
