Great product prompt shipping but both times I bought this the box arrived broken open and mangled. The product was not damaged, but UPS was not kind to these packages.

This grass is beautiful. But beware—it is very much like pampas. You must take it outside and shake it before ever taking it in the house. I shook mine outside for at least 10 minutes and it left brown dust everywhere on my balcony. Once it has bee thoroughly shaken, then take it into the house and arrange it. It looks gorgeous when fanned out. Adds a real touch of elegance to your room. I purchased two pieces and seller was very helpful in making suggestions on how to display them. Shipping was very fast. Pleased with purchase.
