UVA Care Instructions:
Once received, they will be need to be fluffed! To fluff these, please do so in an open area (garage or backyard) and gently shake each stem individually! Once you have finished fluffing, add a bit of hairspray to prevent further shedding. Now they are ready to enjoy for years to come! :) These do shed and there will be fall out, due to the nature of the product.
DISCLAIMER: These are all natural products and go through a special drying process to allow the products to last for years in stable climates. They may have a smell associated with them when you first open your package. To help eliminate this, we recommend airing them out for a day and then adding a touch of hairspray to eliminate this!

The pampas grass is beautiful however this doesn’t look to be 6 ft. I’m 5’2 and when I measured it next to myself it was basically the same height. That’s the only bummer.

These are very tall and full pampas grass stalks. They shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. The seller threw in some complimentary weeds because she didn’t have my first choice of color. She is so thoughtful!

Let start off with shipping it to me took so long to get to me then second , the product arrived in a condition far from what was advertised. Despite the disclaimer about shedding and fall out of the UVA stalks, the extent of damage was unacceptable. The product was not only poorly packaged, but the quality upon arrival was subpar. It was evident that little care was taken in ensuring its safe delivery. Furthermore, when I reached out to customer service regarding the issue, the response was unsatisfactory. While they cited their store policy of no returns or exchanges, it felt like they disregarded the significant damage to the product and offered only a partial refund, which I found inadequate given the circumstances. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. I expected better quality products I would not recommend
