THESE ARE PACKED COMPACT AND FOLDED. THEY WILL NEED TO BE FLUFFLED ONCE YOU RECIEIVE THEM!
Please be aware there are hundred of cedar stems that is adhered to the garland. With transportation it is normal for a few pieces to fall off. You can easily put these back on With a gluegun or stick right back on the nub it fell off from!

I have purchased from this seller a few times , unfortunately this garland was not at all up to how it appeared on their site. It’s plastic in parts and doesn’t look authentic. I did reach out to the seller and was told they do not refund or take exchanges. Considering my history with them I was disappointed with their lack of wanting to make it right .. I did explain however again told nothing they can do. I do not recommend this company as quality and service not up to a standard of satisfaction . I would not refer them to others or buy from This seller again .

Worst product ever. This product falls apart when just picking up the product. After messaging the seller asking to exchange it or return/refund I was denied and told BY THE SELLER to glue it back on myself. I opened a case with etsy and they decided it was best for both parties to only issue a partial refund….. so now I am stuck with an arts and crafts product that cost me $50. They also advertise this product as handmade but they are partners with a company in china.DO NOT purchase from this seller. They are liars. Buy it off Amazon you’ll save money and actually receive a product that looks the exact same and not falling apart for cheaper money
