I was asked to pay extra, after the sale, for shipping —added about 12% to my order. The candles were shorter than expected—they measure from wick down, not thick part of candle—and no returns! They say you can return but have to pay shipping and a “restocking” fee, so essentially no returns—be sure you know exactly what you’re getting first or buy from somewhere you can return
