TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered 5 table centerpieces for my upcoming wedding more than a month in advance. Package got lost in transit, which I found out after 12 business days (seller said arrival is in 3-7 business days) and finally messaged seller to see what's going on. Red flag #1: seller never contacted me first to tell me what's going on. Fair enough, she was nice about it, said sorry, and stated that she "will be sending out same items ASAP at no additional cost to me" and that "yes, they will get there before your wedding date of 8/3/19". THEN she waited a whopping WEEK to tell me that "sorry, these items are out of stock, pick something else". Now I have ONLY 2 WEEKS LEFT before my wedding and NO CENTERPIECES! Beyond stressed as I have to add scrambling for new large décor to my already heavy To Do list...
