The item was advertised as “votive” candles with a 10 hour burn time. I received a shipment of boxes marked “tealight” candles that have a burn time of 8 hours. I contacted the seller to request a refund but I was told that the words “tealight and votive “ are interchangeable and that these candles are definitely votive. As for the 8 hour burn time, I was told that depending on atmospheric conditions the candles may burn quicker or slower. Finally, the seller informed me that to return my order I would have to pay a restocking fee plus all shipping fees. What a haste it’s been for me doing business on Etsy! I informed the seller that this is the first and last time I do business on Etsy!!!
