The Lanterns are well equipped to float on a lake/pond/swimming pool/ water feature. They come attached to cork discs already attached and will sit for hours on the water. Each lantern comes with an led light the hooks onto the top of the Lantern so you do not need to worry about it being a hazard or turning off with the wind as these LEDs will last 8+ hours. They make a gorgeous addition to any event :) The lanterns in the picture are 10" wide! You can choose whichever size you like from the drop down! This listing includes 5 lantern kits! They will float around in the water depending on the current etc. However if it is very windy or the water is choppy the lanters WILL SINK. They are best used on still water with no wind.
